NAF once again supports children's and young people's hospice association

Record at this year’s fundraising campaign

On the day of the Christmas party, which took place on 15 December 2023 from late afternoon, the Works Council was able to sell raffle tickets for the 2023 raffle to all colleagues in the morning. A total of almost 2,800 tickets were handed out and there could have been many more. The sale of raffle tickets raised €10,880.
The proceeds will be donated 1:1 to the Erlangen Children’s and Youth Hospice Association (Kinder- und Jugendhospizverein). The organisation was very delighted of course.
Another campaign organised by our works council was the wish tree. Colleagues were able to fulfil wishes from affected children and siblings at the facility. The wish tree was empty after a few hours, so we had to order more wishes. Within two days, all 74 stars with a total value of over €1,500 had been collected and handed in to the works council.
These gifts will also be donated to the children’s and youth hospice organisation in Erlangen. The gifts were handed over on Thursday 14 December 2023 and the money on Friday 22 December 2023.
The Works Council would like to thank ALL colleagues who supported a really good cause by buying raffle tickets and fulfilling the wishes and, of course, all regional and national donors of the items to be raffled. Without them, the raffle would not be possible.
